  • 10 x practices (twice daily) inspired by:

    • vinyasa

    • somatics, tai chi, qi gong

    • pranayama

    • yin

    • meditation, soundbath

    • shake the dust

  • 5 x nights accommodation

  • 3 x daily plant-based meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

There are a range of sleeping options to suit your needs. The price includes all retreat experiences outlined + your choice of accommodation.
